The employees are very kind and friendly. My drinks are always correct and made quickly.
This is a very slow Starbucks. I always wait past the allocated time on the mobile app. The staff moves with no urgency
The franchise owners of this one are too greedy to hire an appropriate number of employees. I always go to a different location further away because whenever I go here, I TRULY wait over 30 minutes for my drink. I pity the people who work here. They are kind, they are humans, and they are stretched too thin. Do better, upper management.
