I was disappointed with my experience this morning. When my drink had to be remade, the employee seemed annoyed and came across as rude. He didn’t greet me or say good morning—just ‘What can I get you?’ Customer service should feel welcoming, especially when fixing a mistake, and my coffee was not made correctly the second time.
The courtesy and service are so outstanding that they get fifteen stars. Good drip coffee and a nice little quiet seating area around the corner were perfect while I waited for them to charge my phone for free. Good people deserve our business. Charge your phone while you shop or enjoy a cup of coffee.
Very unprofesional. The staff was flirting with the old guys there when I was there.
This is our favorite Starbucks in town. It's close, and more importantly than that, they're quick and are always extremely friendly.
To the one shift lead that stopped to have a small conversation with me, thank you so much for being so nice and making my sandwich. One of the nicest Starbucks I've been to in ages.
