I ordered a sandwich there and after 20 minutes of waiting, they left me literally an empty paper bag with my name on it; no explanation. Terrible service and awful customer care.
Do not understand how it takes over 20 minutes to warm up a pre-cooked sandwich. Wasn’t even busy.
Always an awful experience at this location. I get that it's a part of the University, but the lack of upholding Starbucks standards is astounding. They are ALWAYS rude, making it clear that they don't want to be there. They will NOT fill up your drink if you ask for light ice unless you PAY for it, even for things that are NOT supposed to be charged to fill up.
