I don’t know if they have new staff but the quality of the food went down but now today I can say the customer service has too as well. A fee weeks ago I ordered matcha and if your order matcha you can tell by the color of it was made correctly and of course I taste it and it wasnt. I asked the barista to remake it and of course be makes its with whole milk and not oatmilk and because I was on the way to work I didnt have time to have him remake it a third time. Clean . The service was impeccable.
Drinks are too expensive for it not to be made correctly. The food I ordered tasted old.
