I visited the Starbucks in Grovetown today and had the privilege of seeing Peyton in action. Baristas often have to deal with rude customers or complaints, but Peyton showed exactly why she’s such an asset to this store. A woman asked if she knew a man who appeared to be homeless and was using the restroom. Instead of it turning into a complaint (the kind baristas deal with far too often), the woman handed Peyton $20 and asked her to use it for whatever he wanted. I go to the Grovetown location on a regular basis and order one of the two drinks I usually get. Whenever I order the quad grande white mocha with whole milk it’s not made correctly. I barely taste any of the white mocha. When I go to the one on Washington rd by I-20 or the Robert C Daniel one I order the same drink and will noticeably still taste the white mocha. m. Most of the time they seem fairly busy, the drinks are put together fairly quick due to the demands of traffic. Today makes the third time I have ordered from them and they have made me an exploding coffee. I mean that the coffee is literally sitting on the counter looking a complete mess and if I pick it up, it will spill all over the place.
