It’s been hit or miss lately. No whip no foam should be easy to manage but they keep messing it up. I don’t eat whip or like the texture of foam. It’s happened a good number of times. Today I checked before I pulled off so I backed up and informed the woman at the window. She took my drink and another woman handed it back to me after “correcting” it. They advertise hours that are incorrect. Suppose to clise at 10pm but they actually close at 8pm. Soneone was there at 9pm but only to say we clise at 8pm. Fix your store hours. You causef me to waste gas
Don’t know why this place gets poor reviews people can be so harsh, this location is one of my go-to Starbucks, the drinks are always fresh, and so are the baked goods, the customer service is on point, and I have never left from this location where my drink was not top notch and the service was fast. Keep up the good work guys!
I stop at Starbucks in Grovetown every morning on my way to work and the drinks aren’t the only thing that keeps me returning, it’s the people. Eric and Sam are AMAZING!! Their customer service is top tier! They both have my drink order down to a science, and they always write words of encouragement on my cup that help start my day on the right foot. I’m not a morning person, so their exceptional customer service and kindness make a positive impact every time they are working.
