Inside the Kroger/ Worse service I've ever had at Starbucks. Alexandria started by asking me if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. She didn't reach out, so I took it myself as it was hanging in front of me. Alexandria told me that next time I needed to let her get it because the cash drawer was open and she didn't know what I was going to do!! She's apparently scared of little 60 yr old women. I went here to get some Starbucks a week ago. They made my drinks and had the mop bucket near my drinks at pickup and it made me really upset.I thought that was unprofessional and I won’t be back.

Bartista is always outside smoking and very rude. She claims she is the only one working and has not had a cigarette break. The older lady always claims the espresso machine is broken. I also love the she takes her smoke break right at noon time when half off drinks start at 12 noon. Some people have very little time on lunch break. So this makes it inconvenient to have to wait til she is finished with her cigarettes break. The older lady with short curly hair is the RUDE ONE. You will know when you see her
