6:50 am Aug 15, the cashier/ server shame and harmed my child. Server gave her a used cup after letting her know that she could not have no milk. The server was upset and she showed it with her words , tone and her service.
Inside the Kroger/ Worse service I've ever had at Starbucks. Alexandria started by asking me if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. She didn't reach out, so I took it myself as it was hanging in front of me. Alexandria told me that next time I needed to let her get it because the cash drawer was open and she didn't know what I was going to do!! She's apparently scared of little 60 yr old women. I went here to get some Starbucks a week ago. They made my drinks and had the mop bucket near my drinks at pickup and it made me really upset.I thought that was unprofessional and I won’t be back.
