The overall standard at this Starbucks location has drastically declined. This used to be a place where you could consistently expect great customer service and drinks that were made well. Unfortunately, with the changes in baristas and possibly management, the experience has gone downhill significantly. I recently encountered a manager who was shorter, darker-skinned, and had locs, and her attitude and customer service were extremely disappointing.
