The employees were rude to one of the patrons there called the police on them because they took forever to make his order and then threw his drink away while he was still waiting for his food. Then they refused to make his food brought law enforcement in to waste their time when they could have just resolved it in probably 5 seconds by making his sandwich.
Absolute trash! What a waist of money! The croissant was dry and tasteless! The drink also lacked taste! Very disappointed!
The chai tea latte tasted nothing like what Starbucks usually serves, and the quality was far below their normal standard. Please maintain consistency and deliver the value customers expect.
I have been here many times, but I had to stop coming. The service is consistently poor, and the items I order are often inconsistent in quality. I now drive to the Starbucks at the 440 Jersey City location, where the service is much better and the product quality is consistent about 95% of the time.
There's only one or two employees on this place very gentle but all other have very bad actitud they don't even let you know your drink is ready, they just put it on the deck with bad actitud mostly the ladies. The place is beautiful but bad environment.
