twice in last month total waste of money! Order via app 1 protein matcha grande. Got a caramel latte something that I as a diabetic needed to toss right out!! Second try same order , the “ drink” was so thick it was closer to pudding!!! No manager! Supervisor, Nay (appropriate) offers I come back for redo. What about this franchise doesn’t she get? It’s grab and go!! They will make someone sick soon.
