TODAY WAS GREAT LOVED THE EXPERIENCE
I usually enjoy visiting this Starbucks location because it’s close to me and appreciate the quality of the drinks. However, during my recent visit, I had an unpleasant interaction with a barista named Lex. There was a mix-up with my order, and rather than acknowledging the mistake, she responded in a dismissive manner when I tried to clarify. Very understaffed, crazy waiting time. Very bad experience.
Honestly, this is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. You can place a mobile order, show up 25 minutes later, and it’s still not ready. The drive-thru is even worse. I’ve waited 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me. Management really needs to step it up. We actually started driving 15 minutes out of our way just to go to the Jersey City spot instead. Ever since this place opened, it’s only gotten worse. Judging by other reviews, it seems like they just don’t care. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
