The service is really bad, don’t even bother your self going there. They gave me a frozen spinach wrap! Told them to reheat it for me and they just ignore the request and gave me the same thing in another bag.
I’ve given this location multiple chances as I love a good coffee after the gym and unfortunately the customer service continues to be disappointing. Most of the time, no one acknowledges customers when they walk in or are up at the register waiting on someone to take their order and orders are frequently made incorrectly. 99% will get your order wrong, then give you attitude when they fix it.
Aren’t drive thru’s supposed to be quicker Ya’ll need to pick up service speed.. the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced and this is a consistent at this place not a one time thing..
Ordered two Frappuccinos. the male barista was horrible. Witnessed him ignore a bunch of customers asking him for things. He made my frappuccinos and let them sit in the machine for over 10 minutes before pouring them. They were given to me completely watery and nothing like a Frappuccino should be. Total waste of money and horrible experience. Would never go back if this is the way the serve customers in a regular basis.
