Ordered a frappe here. There was no one else at the store but it still took them over 5min to get me my drink and the frappe was half melted and the whipped cream was sinking into the drink. I overheard the staff trying to figure out why it wasnt looking right. They said maybe they didn’t add enough ice to the mix. But none of them thought to remake the drink… I had my one year old with me who was getting fussy due to the long wait so I took the disappointing drink and left… not what you expect when you pay $8 for coffee
Severe stomachache and diarrhea after drinking soy latte from this Starbucks. And no, I’m not lactose intolerant. Probably dirty, unsanitary workers
I had an offer in my app for a free bakery item and tried to redeem it in person (since you can’t even order ahead on the app). The barista / cashier couldn’t figure out how to apply the coupon even though the app says the barista can apply it. Ended up not getting my item and left. Cashier didn’t bother to try harder or escalate to a manager for help.
Cashier was rude and was talking about me with another coworker infront of me. He didn't want to do his job .
They ordered through a delivery service for 15 gallons of milk and only tip two dollars absolutely ridiculous!!!!
