The people are friendly enough. Can't really say much about the drinks and food since Starbucks has long become the McDonald's of the coffee world. One thing that does get to me a little bit and it seems to happen mostly at this particular Starbucks, is when some of the younger people ask me if I want my change. Of course I want my change. Often when I cash in my change I have over a couple hundred dollars. Delivery orders are never even started when you arrive. And of course they go to all lengths to ignore you completely. Skip this excuse of a coffee shop. If you want Starbucks, just go to the one at Tatum & Cave Creek.
My reasoning for such a low rating is not because of the baristas, but because of the store manager, Serafin. I overheard the way he spoke to one of the baristas and it was disgustingly rude, backhanded, and condescending. I could never tolerate working under a manager with such an insufferable attitude. Besides that, coffee tasted good and the young lady at the register was darling.
