This review is for the sourpuss, larger built woman with the distasteful tattoos on her forearms. She could not be bothered to walk two steps to grab ice for my cold brews. Told me to get in line to order ice at the register after i came in for a pick up order. Sorry i was such an inconvenience to you. It must be extremely frustrating for you. However, all the other employees are always wonderful.
I stop at this location weekly and treat myself to a coffee before work, the service and coffee is always as I like it. This morning when entering the drive-through the voice that came over the speaker didn't say the generic, "Welcome to Starbuck, what can i get you?". She said "Good Morning, How are you today?", I said, "I'm good, how're you?". Her reply, "So good!". I laughed and repeated "So good" and proceeded with my order.
