Just absolutely rude for no reason. All three employees had attitudes and slammed the drinks down and didnt say a word other than when taking my order.
Very nice but I ordered light ice and the cup was almost completely filled with ice??? Ordered a venti and got the same amount of drink as I would in a tall.
I placed an order and forgot about it until hours later. When I explained what happened and that I used my points not only did they remake my coffee but upgraded the size! Now that’s awesome customer service! The coffee was made perfectly too!
Barista was so accommodating! I needed a dairy free option and she customized my drink for me
