They can't seem to prepare a drink correctly. All I wanted was a dulce de leche latte, but I watched them make it using just milk and a single shot of espresso—without any flavor at all. I ended up going back five times for them to remake it, but they got it wrong each time. I even showed them the correct amounts for the pumps and shots, yet they still made it incorrectly. Whoever is in charge of the new hires recently, need to be fired along with them. Said hires willingly and by choice applied to SERVE so yall need to teach your employees to do it respectfully and correctly … I kept giving this location a chance but I’ve been thoroughly disappointed, without fail, the last few times I’ve been here. Dunkin is definitely more deserving of my money
Bro i was litterly saying i wanted a certain drink size and they got it wrong, 2 of the workers have a bad attitude to younger kids and adults .
Whenever I ask for iced waters the workers always give me a nasty side eye right after. The tik toks are so true LOL Starbucks workers when they gotta do something 🤣🤣 the only nice one is the girl with long black and red hair!
