We typically have a great experience here. Today, my mom didn’t know how to order what she was looking for and Brie’s thoughtfulness and care into helping her was unmatched. The level of customer service and care was so impressive to both of us.
Im sorry this place ain't it. Use to go there all time yet I just flat out got tired of them pressing me for a tip before service.
Wish I could give 10 stars for service. This staff is phenomenal. We decided to go inside because everyone in Hinesville seemed to be in the drive-thru, and I’m glad we did. My wife and I were greeted by the friendliest Starbucks staff I’ve ever experienced. The whole staff was great, but shoutout to Lindsay. She was super sweet, wished me a happy Father’s Day, took my order with a smile, and made small talk that had both my wife and me smiling.
