Went here to get new drinks due to the other Starbucks on post not wanting to remake mine, and I had a great experience here, they remade my drinks with np and no attitude .
Might be the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with in my 30 years of life. If you see a gentleman named Louis at the window, don’t talk, don’t smile just take your coffee and go. He only knew how to say “no” and “your holding up my line” lady on the mic seemed like I was burdening her with my order as well. I’ll be skipping this establishment, I highly recommend you do too.
You will get your food and drinks much faster if you just order through DoorDash. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks while multiple doordash orders came out and they hadn’t even started ours until we said something. There were people there before us who also did not get theirs until they said something. Many of the doordash bags sat the entire time we were there.
I had a very good review a year ago but it's just not good anymore :/ Barista's are kinda rude and consistently mess up orders. One barista often says she didn't hear us order an item, which was understanding the first time, but now it's just obvious she's not ringing the items in because she asks follow up questions about what we ordered, then we get to the window and she says we didn't order the item. But it's the only location nearby so 🤷🏼♀️
This specific location has disappointed me time and time again, but I decided to give it another try today to see if it would change my mind. Service is always not the best so I didn’t expect much anyways, but I get the same drink every time I come, and it’s always the same for some reason today it was completely different.
