Just want to give a huge shout out to staff on 12/15/25 when my daughters car caught fire at your light. Whomever took my daughter and offered her a water and made sure she was safe I appreciate all of you! By the way she was pregnant and scared and y'all showed the only humanity. Appreciate y'all! Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I waited in line for 23 minutes. They took the car in front of me, then put a sign out right in front of my car saying they couldn’t take anyone else because they were short-staffed. That’s ridiculous and frustrating. If they didn’t want new cars pulling up, fine but the people already in line should’ve been served. That’s just basic courtesy.
Drove over 30 minutes to get to this starbucks, just for the shift lead “lindsey” to come out and place a sign infront of my vehicle, and say they are closing down because its taking them too long to make the drinks, as im next in the drive thru to order. I informed that i drove over a half hour to get there, and that she should take everyones order that has been waiting already, and she smiled and said “sorry” then walked away. Absolute worst customer service ive ever received
