Waited for over 20 minutes in a drive through lane I couldn't get out of only to learn a (most likely) seasonal favorite, peppermint syrup, was out of stock. The person at the window (after2-3 minutes wait) had no idea when more would be in and dudn't check with anyone else. My primary concer was not with her or the wait. Rather, it's with the person/s responsible for tracking inventory usage, understanding supply timeframes and proactively reordering.
Jennifer was super friendly and shared new items that were available, it also helps the new item I tried turned out great!
