I absolutely love this location. The customer service is always great. I went through the drive-through 10 minutes before they were closing and I still receive five star service. Keep up the good work for the guys. We appreciate it
This is the worst Starbucks location in St. Louis. This is the second Saturday in a row that the store has not opened at its posted time. I was in the drive-thru at 6:00 a.m., and the store was closed. I returned at 7:00 a.m., and the employee in the drive-thru informed me they would not be opening until 7:30 a.m. It is extremely frustrating to plan your morning around posted business hours, only to find the store closed without notice. I visited the Ferguson store this morning for coffee as I usually do because I work across the street. Unfortunately the store was closed at 6:00 am. Weirdly it was also closed last Saturday morning as well. Terrible.
