By far the worst Starbucks around, must be poor management. Stood there waiting for my drink for 10+ minutes, asked about it and was rudely told to go to the register. Then with a straight face I am told it's because they were old of Splenda, while there was a large box of Splenda behind the lady telling me this. Apparently they had no plan to tell me there was a potential problem, and didn't seem to care that their service was awful. Luckily there's a local coffee shop about 500 ft away.
Drive thru experience x2 - rude, unhelpful, I will never be back.
This is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There are about 2 competent, friendly employees. Most of them completely ignore you and then wont make eye contact. They do not acknowledge you when you approach the counter and then they look at you out of their peripheral and continue to ignore you. And they mess my drink up every time anymore.
