I am very disappointed in the fact that the only sugar free option is vanilla. I cannot believe that I am the only diabetic that would like to enjoy a sugar free latte at Starbucks. 🤷
We ordered and paid for 2 Frappuccinos. We received 2 watered-down milks with a splash of hazelnut. I'm not sure what is going on at this Starbucks location and I'm not sure why your drive thru attendant has to chew down the GIANT bite of food in their mouth before asking us if we needed straws. Be a little more professional and maybe your drive thru wouldn't take 27 minutes to serve 5 cars....And of course we need straws!!!
