I recently visited your Starbucks location and was very impressed with the quality of the food and beverages; my child and I thoroughly enjoyed them. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service we received. An employee named Helena was exceptionally rude and unprofessional towards both my daughter and me. Helenna was truly the sweetest person ever and not only made my matcha perfectly, but truly made my day with her kind generousosity. a bad day turned into a much better one because of her! 🤍
Helena customized my lavender latte and I can’t get enough of it.
This has become one of my favorite Starbucks! Every time I come in the staff is very friendly! I've also had the pleasure of meeting the store Manager Chuck and he always goes out of his way to converse with me and ask me about my day! Best Starbucks in the valley!
