I just ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino for got to ask for oak milk because of lactose so I get to the window and asked if they could make it with oak milk they said yes so I pull around and wait and they brought it out it was not blended just milk that was not even oak milk so I guess I will be sick today 8/10 2026
Logan at the front cashier inside was good and very friendly. Got my drinks and had green marks on the lids an cups, which it was made by two girls that were goofing off. I was in a hurry, but Logan was good and drinks still tastes good
Girl taking orders at drive thru today, 5/31, around 1:30pm is incompetent and rude. Definitely not someone who should be having any interaction with customers if Starbucks is wanting to keep them as customers.
