Flying out yesterday and staff stopped serving 15 minutes prior to closing. They were rude and short with everyone that came in after they decided to close early. They claimed that they didn’t have any coffee left anyway. No coffee at Starbucks, that a new one. Starbucks needs to reconsider who they hire.
Friendly staff manning a clean place Order was great as usual
The review is for Starbucks past TSA. Ordered coffee with almond milk and confirmed twice with the cashier. Still didn’t put it on the order and coffee was being made with regular milk. Had to tell Barista who was making the coffee. Still made it wrong. Their excuse was that is system default. Noticed couple of other people having similar issues. Both the cashier and Barista couldn’t care any less.
My barista was AMAZING she suggested a couple different flvors and made me a drink over never had and it was a game changer! Thank you Ashley!
I had to fly out this trip with a sprained and fractured ankle (I couldn’t walk on it at all). I rolled in to the store on my one leg scooter and wait in line for forever. I ordered a hot lavender matcha latte. Takes a while to come out. When it does, I can smell the coffee through the lid. I take a sip—tastes like coffee with lavender. I asked the girl behind the counter if my drink was matcha.
