Friendly southern love. Cool thing was we visited back-to-back mornings here and the second day, menu changed and we got to enjoy some new menu items, notably, lavender.
Ever since this new crew, I suspected that I was not getting my ordered 3 shots instead of the normal. Now I am certain, it's hard to hide that with a blonde latte, and I just had one the other day from a different store.
No customer service. Took 30 minutes and no one was doing their job
