They did not fill my cup because I ordered no ice.
The app showed an item that was not available, and even allowed me to order it. When I arrived, no one asked me what I wanted, the employees were too busy talking to each other. I had to say, "excuse me" to get someone's attention. The employee told me the item I ordered was seasonal and no longer available. I ordered an additional cream cheese Danish, which already was on my order, as a replacement for the no-longer available item. Delicious pastry. My food was on point. The service was not, neither was the app.
If I could give zero stars I would have. Our drinks were horrible, atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the crew was just rude. The girl who took our order was more interested in her friend tasting a drink she made.
Cashier was downright rude and lacked any desire to help. I greeted her with a smile and asked her how she was doing. She glared at me while remaining on her phone scrolling through social media. I repeated my order three times … yet it was still incorrect. Cold brew with a splash of half and half… nothing more, nothing less. Location felt a little dirty. Visited around lunch when the location did not appear to be too busy.
