Came here twice in one day and they messed up. Gave me lattes when I didnt order lattes. Splash of oatmilk is not a latte. The second time I came back there was no staff available, there were team members in the back chatting and the drive thru employee was radioing them to come up front. When I got my second latte, they told me they always come this way. I ordered an iced matcha with a splash of oatmilk (as I have done at other locations for over 10 years).
