After standing inside the door for 10 minutes I finally went up to the person working and ask if I could order without using the app.
Joey at drive-thru did not honor Veteran on Veterans Day free coffee to Veteran and spouse on 12oz coffee. He argues and give ONLY Veteran a 6oz. Coffee! Shame shame on him.
Staff is slow and always understaffed. I never see the managers jumping in to help. I waited 25 minutes today on my iced tea and burrito order.
I reservations about the Starbucks just because of the location itself. Awaited about 7 to 8 minutes in the drive-through before my order was even taken. I repeated several times what I wanted, and that how it was to be a Grande iced skinny caramel macchiato. Young lady was extremely nice.
