I had to edit my previously glowing review because the experience my mother and I had was disappointing to say the least. Her pumpkin spice frappe was literally un-drinkable, it just tasted plain nasty and her pumpkin loaf was a similar story. My drink was bearable but didn't taste like much of anything. i go almost every day. the past few times i’ve been though, terrible. i get the same thing and it was great at first, then all of a sudden the cold brew tastes like regular espresso. i ask for extra sweet cream and i’m given heavy cream. ask for extra vanilla, it’s never sweet. not sure why, but i’m going local lol. and most of the time service is good. but i’ve definitely gotten some attitude after asking for a remake.
