I ordered a Dubai chocolate coffee and a grilled cheese for my lunch break and apparently they were out of the grilled cheese which is fine. However, the store never called me to see if I wanted another sandwich, which I would have or to even just cancel the order. They just sent me an EMPTY sandwich sleeve with a note saying to ask for a refund. The coffee is great but the communication should have been handled better.
I've tried and tried and tried to like this Starbucks but whoever is the manager is not training their Baristas correctly. I'm constantly having to come back in here and get my orders corrected especially every Saturday I don't know who works on Saturdays but they never do a simple iced latte correctly. I try to go to the Starbucks on Far Hills because every day they make it, it's the made the right way but the Brown Street Starbucks is so much closer to my house I end up going there most of the times and I end up regretting... read more
