Love the Starbucks they always make it right if they get it wrong, which is rare but happens on occasion SAHVANA is especially awesome. She did a great job. Super sweet. Took care of the problem. Turned it into a positive. Can’t say enough about the Starbucks. Just to our whole or whatever

This is literally the worst service that you could possibly get. I’m actually astonished that it’s even a Starbucks at all with how horrible these employees talk to and treat customers and close just whenever they want to. If you show up any less than 10 minutes before they close they will have already locked the doors and turn the lights off. I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 only because the rest of the staff was very kind and welcoming. However, my experience with Savanah was unacceptable. She was visibly angry about the upcoming closing time, slamming items around while aggressively making my drinks, and eventually threw the drinks toward us. Paying customers should never be treated with this level of disrespect, regardless of how close it is to closing time.

Kroger's in Washington courthouse, Ohio has a Starbucks that told me they were going to spit in my drink or do something in my food because of my name on the order. The manager needs to be fired as well, he didn't care and honestly, I could probably sue them for that. They are very political and they're just disgusting.

The young Black employee with dyed white hair, whose name is something like Tie, is rude to customers and gets orders wrong.
