Starbucks by us is honestly a hit or miss, and the biggest issue is the inconsistency. The drinks never seem to taste the same, which is extremely frustrating considering Starbucks is not cheap. The customer service also needs a lot of improvement. A lot of the employees come across like they don’t want to be there, and there is often an attitude when you politely let them know that your drink was made incorrectly. I ordered a tall Matcha Latte with a couple of other items. The young lady taking my order kept saying “what else” pretty much rushing me through the drive-thru. I got my order and the cup felt light. I took the top off but couldn’t tell if cup was filled to the top due to the foam from the milk. Getting to work I looked and sure enough, the cup was not filled all the way. I hadn’t even taken one sip from this drink! The line on the cup is a reference showing where the cup was filled to.
