I generally get good service at this location except when I encounter a young woman with a septum ring, she has a very dismissive attitude, she throws things at you, doesn’t acknowledge you as a person, makes you feel like you’re below her and doesn’t have to be nice when part of her job is treating customers with respect and courtesy. Maybe she should find a different job where she doesn’t have to deal with people.
I ordered two Carmel ribbon crunch they made it wrong the first time had them remake it and made it wrong again. The second time this time I have nothing but whipped cream, saying at the bottom of my cup look at these pictures Of my drink.
Nice, new format interior, but same good service
The lady who took my order was rude, I try asking her questions about the sandwich She rolled her eyes at me. I had questions about what was the difference between them and then she points over to the sign here are the photos. She needs to learn better customer service
