This starbucks has gone down in customer service. I have a bad experience every time I go except if the blonde woman is working. She never messes up an order! She is great. This time, the woman dropped my card from the drive thru window. I had to get out to get it with a line of people behind me. The time before that, they completely gave me the wrong drinks and couldn't do anything for me over the phone so I had to call corporate. I wish I had a closer starbucks.
i spoke to the manager all he did was stutter and .told me it was frap happy hour .i waited in line for 25 minutes and i didnt even get any compted drinks or a discount i know at the resturant i work at if it takes a while we comp the food .and i was late to work .i mean aleast the drink were made really well .other then that the drive through is not very efficient .
Great staff! Love everyone there.
I love this Starbucks because it's never too crowded. I can always find a seat and park there all day. The staff is super friendly and the entire store is clean.
