I must commend the Starbucks barista’s JAZLYN and NATHAN at the KNOWLTON Travel Plaza near the Delaware WATER GAP. Together they made me feel special in making the drink exactly the way I wanted it… Nathan went out of his way to use water instead of lemonade and help me concoct the perfect butterfly refresher! This location was an absolute disappointment. The staff was extremely unprofessional, especially an older woman preparing sandwiches around 9:00 AM on June 7, 2026. We placed our order and waited over 25 minutes for our sandwiches, despite the store being relatively slow at that time. We were standing near the pickup area the entire time with our drinks and never heard our names called.
