I ordered a biggest size. Please take a look at how many ice they put in, around 90% in the cup. There was a customer when I was waiting for my order. He complained to one of workers: “I didn’t pay for ice. First experience and last experience.” I didn’t have the same feeling until I received my coffee.
Starbucks at Universal Studios Orlando is a lifesaver. Perfect spot to grab a quick iced coffee or snack and recharge before hitting more rides. It’s busy, but they’re fast and friendly. Just what you need when you’re running on theme park energy!
I ordered Dragon fruit refresher and asked for light ice and I was told there is an additional $2 charge for no ice!!! This means they are cheating us with our order by placing lots of ice and they charge additional amount for actually give us a drink for what we pay- not the fillers like loads of ice. How do you like that? Why Starbucks permits that? Why Universal takes advantage of people?
