I ordered Dragon fruit refresher and asked for light ice and I was told there is an additional $2 charge for no ice!!! This means they are cheating us with our order by placing lots of ice and they charge additional amount for actually give us a drink for what we pay- not the fillers like loads of ice. How do you like that? Why Starbucks permits that? Why Universal takes advantage of people?

My fourteen year old went here with a field trip and got a drink. She always gets a receipt. She thought the drink was like $16 because everything was so dang expensive there. Her drink was $6.91. She paid with cash $20.00 bill. She said the lady gave her $2 and some coins and she had to wait for her drink. Her receipt says she was supposed to get $13.09 in change!
