It's one thing to be busy, but if there is no line, and three of you standing at the register (timestamp 10:40am 12-7-24), the least you could do is acknowledge the person standing at your register lol. If you're doing things that's fine, I can wait. But if you won't even say "hello", "how are you", or let me know you'll be a second, I'm going to assume you don't want to take any customers. And if that's the case, go apply at dunkin donuts bb girl!
I quit buying Starbucks coffee and it’s solely because I cup is always a quarter of the way from the top, if not more. If I pay for a Venti, I feel that my cup should not be that of a small. Every single time it looks as though someone drank out of my cup. Not very professional Starbucks!
they brought back the old workers and they are wonderful!
Staff continued to prepare orders for people that were NOT present as I stood and waited in front of them. So much for customer service here. Called Starbucks to complain and the customer service was even worse.
