I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I was waiting at the counter with my kids to place an order, but no one acknowledged us. A staff member saw us but didn’t offer any assistance. After waiting, I tried to get an employee’s attention by knocking, but it took several attempts. When she finally came out, she immediately confronted me instead of assisting. I went into target and decided to grab a coffee to start my day and I was greeted by Jessica! She was very efficient and made sure to confirm my order and then made likely the best coffee I’ve had in a long time! I come to Starbucks daily, and her ratio of exactly my request was perfect! Thank you, Jessica, and Starbucks for making my day!
