2.7 star review? Not surprised. Horrible experience! Paid $7 for a matcha and she put a ridiculous amount of powder in it. It was basically undrinkable. My friend went and asked if they could fix it, and instead of correcting THEIR mistake, he was told that he needed to pay ANOTHER $7 to get it remade. 🤡 Why would I pay twice because you made it wrong the first time? Ummmm. For $7, I expect something that is actually drinkable not a cup of overpriced powder milk when I ask for it to be corrected. Gross. Customer service nee... read more
Terrible Staff. They should change the name. Starbucks should not be associated with this business.
The coffee was deliciou and I loved the workers! But there was some poop on the was but it’s ok because it gave wabi sabi to the art in the bathroom!
This is not a Starbucks. Google misled us to this hospital coffee shop.
