I just complimented this whole staff! I have been coming to this starbucks for awhile. Everyone is dedicated to make sure that you get the best service! Thank you all.
This is not the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, but that’s not saying much. I waited well over 10 minutes for one regular coffee and they were not busy at all. The music is so loud I can’t hear myself think. And the place is dirty, cluttered/messy, and generally not worth visiting.
Here we are, on the computer, and I have been a good Starbucks customer for 28 years all over the world. That changed recently. To be very frank, I had a very unpleasant and near confrontational experience with the staff at this location. 1), The drink I ordered was not correct (though they apologized) and it took a long time to receive. 2), The staff (particularly Caucasian female) was rude, disrespectful, and apparently very stressed towards me when leaving.
