During the ice storm, I stopped to get a cappucino in the store, and drank it. Afterwards, the female, (then the male) working there started raising their voices to me, making demands of me, and raising their voices to me (unprovoked by me). I walked out and left, and fortunately it didn't escalate. I think Starbucks (there) has a lot to work on with their treatment of customers.
