Hello! My husband and I are loyal customers and we come to your store almost every morning. We always order two large oat-milk lattes and two butter croissants. Our mornings start with your coffee, and it is an important part of our day. However, today our latte tasted very different and unfortunately not good. I just wanted to take the time to appreciate your employee Robert. He is so sincere and kind, regardless of how busy the drive-thru gets! He always takes the time to engage with customers and does it with such happiness and positivity.
