Terrible customer service I asked for a large water with my order kept giving me small cups. I don’t understand why it was such seem like such an inconvenience to give me a large water cup with my order won’t be back. We’ll go to another Starbucks.
Baristas are all nice and fare is all standard Starbucks, which has gotten surprisingly better throughout the years (or maybe my taste has gotten worse). The service is where this store shines though. Martin has encouraged a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the team does a fantastic job in making you feel seen. In a world where there are very few third places remaining, this store keeps its doors open for everyone. I don't necessarily support Starbucks as a corporation, but this store stands out with its own personal feel.
The drive thru is pretty fast and efficient
