Busy location but the staff was great. They kept up with the volume. They were all friendly and greeted everyone. Our order was perfect
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks daily for years, but lately my experience has been very disappointing. Jessica’s attitude is very unprofessional no smile, no greeting, nothing welcoming at all. It feels like customers are bothering her instead of being appreciated. There is also a young male employee, possibly of Indian origin, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, and his attitude is very similar.
