Love this Starbucks! Great customer service!
Went trough the drive thru to order my usual drink that I’ve gotten multiple times from the same location to get handed an undone drink. The drink wasn’t mixed at all. Had chunks of strawberries and milk unmixed with the vanilla bean powder. Very upsetting because I’m used to getting the same drink. I have a image as well.
Super quick service and always great customer service
I was a regular here, and when I say regular, I was coming here almost daily. I moved here 5 months ago and live right around the corner, and it was a perfect set up. Up until about 2 months ago, I noticed a lot of new workers and their iced drinks were coming out warm, and I always just drank my drink and never complained until yesterday. I was so disappointed because my iced eggnog latte was warm, and I couldn’t even finish it.
