Excelente atención
I go here twice a week and they consistently get my order wrong. I order the cold foam which is $1.25 extra and have asked them to add it to my drink at least 3 times in the last month. They left it off even though its printed on the ticket. This morning I went through the drive through and they forgot my croissant on my mobile order. There was no one else in the drive thru either. I had to double back and go in to get my croissant. So disappointing.

The girl at the window was so rude and condescending. She was Asian I think and I asked her to remake my drink and she gave it to her coworker and both of them looked at me with the rudest looks. The coworker was Latina. Both of them stared me down and one of them rolled her eyes. Is this good customer service? How dare you get trained on customer service and treat a customer like this when you are in the wrong!!!! They made my drink wrong!!!!! Don’t be mad you can’t read!!!!!
