This is my go-to Starbucks, and I’ve always had a great experience here. It’s super convenient to where I live, and the service is consistently quick, friendly, and accurate. Even when it’s busy, the staff always takes a moment to greet you and never makes you feel rushed. Everyone is kind and professional, and the customer service is always solid. My boyfriend gets me Starbucks from this location and out of all the Kettering locations this one makes the drinks the best. And to the barista who draws little hearts and flowers and leaves small notes on the cups, thank you. You make my day every time I get one of your cups :)
This is and will always be my favorite Starbucks, the staff is amazing and always greets me every morning when I walk in. They take the time to ask how you are etc. I don’t like going to any other Starbucks unless I absolutely have to. 100/10 definitely recommend this Starbucks. I have a Starbucks by my house but will stop at this location instead, every morning because of the staff and the environment they have created. Thank you to you guys for always going above and beyond for your customers.
I love going to this location to get some work done. The staff are excellent and I always pleased with my chai tea latte!
Great service!! The only problem is that the parking lot entrance is a shared lot with a carwash vacuums and multiple times driving in from the main road people exiting from the carwash cut the traffic off. Just be aware of that hazard when entering the lot. Other than that, this is one of my favorite stops. The workers are always super friendly, and coffee is great!! The lot issues are not in their control, I understand. I just wanted the public to be aware.
