I'm so glad we got a Starbucks in Calcutta! I love this place!!
I am a routine customer at this location and always order ahead on the app. The option for a pup cup is not available in the app. I came in got my drink that was ready and ordered a pup cup at the register. After waiting about 5 min I could see they were very busy preparing others drinks. I asked if they could please make my pup cup and the worker proceeded to say this is not something they will do again in the future since i was the last person in the queue for drinks.
