Every time I visit this location, they get my order wrong. I do not know what is going on with the staff here, but they are woefully inept. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a latte with soy milk instead of a regular ass black coffee. That’s a result of laziness. I am meant to come in and get a refund - I was told this today. Today I went to this place to order a coffee. My English is not very fluent, and when I placed my order, I mispronounced a few words. The employee and her coworker looked at each other and began laughing in front of me. When I asked them what they were laughing about, instead of explaining themselves or apologizing, they looked at me again and smiled in a way that I perceived as mocking my pronunciation.
