The service and speed here are terrible. They need new management and employees with better attitudes and work ethic.
Slowest Starbucks in the universe
First time ordering egg bites and NOT enjoying them. Not fluffy at all….they were over re-heated and were like a hockey puck. My iced shaken espresso wasn’t done properly so basically I spent $15 on a really awful pre-flight experience
Not only was the service unnecessarily extremely slow, food items were not properly maintained. Milk jugs were sitting out on the counter unrefrigerated for prolonged periods of time (and they were not even being used). Employees constantly complained that they were understaffed instead of just making drinks. Instead of serving customers, I watched an employee spend at least 3 minutes tearing off pieces of tape to cover up items on the menu they were out of (keep in mind there were at least 10 people in line while she was do... read more
The SLOWEST service you could imagine. Literally 25 minutes for an iced coffee and it's not busy whatsoever. The problem is incompetence
