Disgraceful and embarrassing. Team this morning could not have less customer service
If i could leave zero stars i would. The two women working thos morning were extremely rude, and when they made my order incorrectly they blamed me and told me I need to order correctly. Not difficult to make a simple drink and bagel. They are being rude to everyone
If I could give zero stars for the service I would. All I wanted was an iced tea and I waited 25 minutes pretty patiently and when I asked them if it was ready it felt like I was inconveniencing them. It was not even busy and people who ordered more complex drinks after me were getting their drinks before me. No compassion, no sense of urgency. Really depressing and makes me not even want to use this airport.
I bought 3 things. One battle water, a mango naked drink, and a spinach wrap. I didn't get the food. My flight was about to leave I ask one of the employee how long for my food. She said it's not ready. I left without getting the food after i waited 5 minutes in line to order it and another 25 minutes waited just to heard it's not ready sounds ridiculous and pathetic. I Won't never buy there again or in Starbucks in general
Today 6/6 flying out of “c” stopped at the coffee shop ordering was intense horrible service then I get a hot coffee on a leaking cup, told the young lady twice, didn’t even care, I asked again to change the cup she grabbed with an attitude and ins of changing cup she pick other cup and just dropped the leaking cup on it. Horrible horrible service and attitude
