We are trying to leave a review not just for this location but for The Areas USA, Inc who drives what company provides coffee on the service plazas along the turnpikes and the airports. However this is our complaint! Starbucks rips their customers off in two ways Each & Everytime! 1 cup plain black coffee $5 plus Then when you remove the lids cups are the not 3/4 barely filled. Coffee not even that tasty. Would like other options than Starbucks when traveling up and down the highways or in airports! “BobCat”
Please for god’s sake the Starbucks need new management why does it take 20 minutes for 3 people to get a beverage the plus drink was wrong.
This place sucks took forever to get me one drink they’re worried about people getting their sandwiches smh
I was met with an unbelievable attitude by a black woman who clearly hated Me by my looks, just from Me asking a simple question. She then proceeded to leave her post at the cashier station with myself and 3 other customers waiting. The most disturbing experience I have had in awhile.
1-Star Review Very disappointing customer service at the Starbucks inside Donald Trump International Airport in West Palm Beach. A customer ordered one mocha latte but received four. When the mistake was brought to the employee’s attention, she became argumentative and blamed the customer, despite others witnessing the order being placed. Mistakes happen, but arguing with and blaming customers instead of simply correcting the issue is unacceptable.
