Terminal 3 waited 30 minutes for a drink and when I asked for the drink they started laughin saying they were gonna do the other drink first bc they are easier to make. I had several people order after and they all got their drinks before mine.
Messed up all of our orders and took a long time. They had bad customer service
Was told I wasn’t able to get water when they filled up my friend’s water bottles in front of me. Out right disrespectful! On top of that, I was then told my drink order couldn’t be made, so I placed a mobile order, and then my drink was made.
Slowest Starbucks in the United States. Employees move in slow motion with no sense of urgency. I would not recommend ordering from here as you will miss your flight waiting for them to make your drink. Several customers had to abandon their food/drinks in order to board their flights as it takes over 30 minutes to get your order.
March 15th around 1:30p two girls were working the store. I ordered a cold brew with one Splenda and lite cream. The girl working the register was visibly frustrated to be working. She mumbled something under her breath.
