30-year Starbucks customer and former partner, and I threw away my first drink today. Coffee was over extracted, and I would bet money the beans were old even though who looked like a shift supervisor told me that they are changed every night. Barista offered to remake the drink, which I appreciated. Shift didn't bring the same level of customer service I was taught as a partner, so I left with a drink in hand. It's a shame
