Typically I never have problems at this location, but today was different. I ordered a Venti drink, and when I received it from the window, the drink was not full. I did not notice until I drove away. The staff was nice But this is extremely disappointing when I paid for a Venti just to receive the cup half empty.
Friendly staff. My mother and bestie love it here. Faster when using drive through. If you go inside you definitely wait a lot longer for some reason.
Lena and Rachelle provided top notch service! They were both super personable and kind! Lena went above and beyond to make sure my Iced Caramel Macchiato was perfect! Keep up the great work, ladies!
