Apparently kindness is seasonal here. I stopped by yesterday during the heat advisory. My baby needed some water, so I asked for a cup. The first question wasn’t “Of course!” but “Are you going to buy something first?” I understand they can’t remember every customer, and sure, they have policies. But really — in the middle of dangerous heat, do I need to explain why a baby might need water before it’s okay to hand over a few ounces of tap water? New favorite Starbucks! Welcoming, clean and fast. My barista Cam was super nice and friendly.
The worker who made my drink was Reagan, her customer service was out of the world. Her note on my caramel macchiato made my day!
