People that work there are great. They do the best they can. They always remember my order whenever I walk in. So the employees get five stars. Unfortunately, it is very understaffed. How can a Starbucks have one or at best two employees at any one time? There is always only one or sometimes two people working there and they are always very very busy. So, you are standing around waiting for somebody to take your order and when you order your standing around waiting for your order to be made.

Seen a customer wish them a great day after they get out of sight, she rolled her eyes at him. Not only that my coffee was so disgusting that I couldn't even drink it and threw it away. This is by far the worst star bucks to go to.... I'll go out of my way for a decent one instead next time.
So I understand that people have bad days but this is the 4th time in the past month that they keep getting my drink wrong. It's not a hard order, it was a Vt Carmel frappe no whip ex Carmel with an single shot. But one girl gets it wrong every time. She gave me a grande when I asked for a large. Then still put whip cream on the next one they made after no whip cream
