On 3/31at 9:30 am, there was an older women working (long brown/gray hair, wearing a mask) and she was so incredibly LOUD. She was shouting everyone’s order out like she was at a stadium. Everyone inside had the same look on their face like why was she yelling so aggressively.. she even scared my baby by the way she was yelling. The drink was great and made quick but if you know who this employee is, I’d talk with her about her demeanor and volume, it was very overwhelming and obvious other employees were uncomfortable by it... read more
