It takes a lot for me to write a review but this place bothers me because they’re so stingy about their pick up orders. If I arrive even 1 minute early to my mobile pickup order (even after the allotted time the app gave me) they will sometimes give me a lecture about how I’m too early. And then the drink quality will be obviously poor. What’s the difference between ordering at the window and arriving 1 minute early for your mobile order? I’d argue that they have less time to prepare the drink if you just ordered at the wind... read more
I'm not from Clovis, but thought I would stop by the Loma Vista Starbucks while I was in the area. I had an amazing experience, and was taken care of by Horizon Inside of the store who had great customer service.
I only gave it 4 stars because Sarah ( Hispanic girl with long braid) allowed the door to shut in my face . She saw me when I got out of my car we both got to the door at the same time and she literally allowed it. Of course.She was not wearing the name tag, but I overheard a coworker, say her name. She needs to learn proper etiquettes this is starbucks not dutch bros....
