Drive-through employee was less than helpful today, really seemed like everything I asked he was unable to do. No recommendations no suggestions or alternatives just no sorry we can’t do that. No, sorry we can’t do that. Not the typical service I get when coming to Starbucks, hope they can turn this into a training exercise. Looking forward to seeing the Service improved. On the plus side, the drink I ended up settling on was delicious. so good job there Starbucks.
I love it how friendly and welcoming the staffs is. They are supper busy but still try their best to be kind. I love coming to get my drink here. I appreciate you!
Service is super fast. Mobile orders are always ready right away. Friendly customer service. Greeted right away. My drink is made accurately and tastes the way it’s supposed to. I work nearby and all coworkers agree that this is the most efficient Starbucks. I like the space in the store that allows me to sit and be comfortable.
