I only gave it 4 stars because Sarah ( Hispanic girl with long braid) allowed the door to shut in my face . She saw me when I got out of my car we both got to the door at the same time and she literally allowed it. Of course.She was not wearing the name tag, but I overheard a coworker, say her name. She needs to learn proper etiquettes this is starbucks not dutch bros....
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. Every time I order the same drink, it comes out tasting different—and often not good. I stick to one simple recipe, so consistency shouldn’t be this hard. When I asked for a remake, instead of actually fixing the issue, the staff just added more milk, which made the drink even worse. They are very slow, and their service is poor.
No line in the drive through and not many mobile orders on the counter. Yet, I still have to wait on my mobile order past the time for pick up. Make it make sense....
