Came in for a drink and to do some work. The employees were incredibly loud and unprofessional. They were having loud personal conversations, borderline yelling at each other. When I went to order my drink, the girl had to ask me to repeat myself because she couldn’t hear me over her coworkers!! They spend more time talking to each other than making drinks. Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been stopping by the Starbucks on Backlick Road, and almost every time, I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Taylor. She’s seriously one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met. Her attitude is always positive and welcoming, and it really makes a difference. My drinks are always perfect—never missed. Taylor is not only a great barista but also just a beautiful person overall. Starbucks is lucky to have her!
