I come to this Starbucks location every few days right after an early morning workout. Today, I placed my regular mobile order for a drip coffee to go and received it promptly. On my way out, I accidentally bumped into the door and spilled the entire cup. Before I could even stress about it, the staff noticed what happened and immediately poured me a new cup. A huge thank you to the morning crew for their quick and kind response. This level of customer service is exactly why I will definitely keep coming back.
Today 09/05/26 at 9:45am Sad they cant find better employees with good work ethic. The kids that are working today are busy chit chatting and playing around. One girl kept giggling, not focused (made my drink wrong and she had to fix it), knocked down stuff at pick-up area. You need a mature adult to supervise these young workers
This is a very busy location that overall does a great job at getting orders out in a good time. Although, I do think some staff could do a better job of acknowledging when customers come in and a quick “We’ll be right with you!” makes a huge difference in customer service. We understand that you are busy, but acknowledgment goes a long way. On the other hand, Sandy was very sweet and had great customer service skills! She did a great job at making sure that all of the customers were attended to and had what they needed.
