The service here has gone downhill. I don’t typically write reviews but this was the second issue within a two week span. Tonight I got in the drive thru at 7:57 the car in front of me took a couple minutes. I guess they close at 8:00pm ( I didn’t know) I pulled up to the speaker at exactly 8:00 and they already had a recording on that says they are closed. I ordered on the app and picked up in store and noticed my venti drink had ice but I wanted no ice, which is something I’ve never had an issue with at any other Starbucks. The male employee responded something like without ice, it’s going to look empty. I said that was fine. Instead of just pouring the ice out, he made a new drink and gave me a venti cup that was barely 1/3 full.
