Tiny location! Half our order tasted great. Other didn’t taste normal. Service was good
It ridiculous to have your employees telling people that if they want water they need to purchase something . Free water shouldn’t be denied and i don’t know the exact laws but im pretty sure you can’t deny someone free water. This store needs to be addressed! I support Starbucks and have never encountered this poor service and attitude to be told i need to purchase something to get a free water on a hot day! Mangers need to be retrained and or train the staff correctly.
Ordered my usual, caramel macchiato from this Starbucks and I noticed these black particles as the ice was melting in my cup. I know its not cinnamon because I always order this drink and this drink does not have cinnamon nor I requested a dash of cinnamon. It grossed me out assuming it came from the ice. Definitely not trusting this Starbucks location anymore as this is the second time something happens with my drink.
