I had a great experience thanks to Nikki, one of the baristas. Her customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, welcoming, and had a genuinely positive attitude that made the whole visit better. Nikki took the time to make sure my order was right and treated everyone with kindness and professionalism. It’s clear she cares about the customers and the job she does. Employees like Nikki are the reason I enjoy coming back. Great service!
"Jeni" is always the best in this location. I am here daily and I order between 4-5 drinks and food. She is the best that I can ask for.
Tell your male cashier to stop flirting, or psycho-analyzing, with their female customers at the register. I was second to the female customer he kept talking to, and he just kept her talking after her order. They talked about her weekend and her Valentines Day. I heard their life story! All while there was an obvious customer, me, waiting behind her! Was I not cute enough? I wanted to tell him how my Valentines Day went, too!
The guy who made MikaylaS mobile order brown sugar shaken espresso on Tuesday 2/3 at 10:45am is the best barista to ever exist. Coffee immaculate vibes immaculate I will return only for this barista thank you!:)
