By far the worst, Starbucks, I’ve ever been to waited in line 25 minutes to get a drink. And when I got it, it was made wrong then I Spent another 6 minutes to have them fix it only for them to give me the drink wrong again, would never recommend nobody.
This is a flagship Starbucks. Clean, friendly, fast. I also like their decor, chairs and tables. Good vibe here.
This Starbucks has terrible customer service. Also they have 5 staff members working but close the inside so they only do drive thru orders or pick up orders. Which seems poorly decided. As well as deny paying customers access to restrooms. Im pretty sure this service is not adequate for the Starbucks brand. Dont Stop Here.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager, Natalie, asked my family and me to leave before we had finished eating because the lobby was closing. I explained that we were almost done with our food, but she still told us we needed to leave immediately. When I said it felt like we were being kicked out, she responded, “I am kicking you out,” which I found very rude and unprofessional. Worst customer service ever. Ended up driving off without getting my coffee. I see that other reviews match, so why is this person still working there? Issue needs to be addressed. Lost a customer.
