I had the worst Starbucks experience with their customer care on phone. Starbucks is a leader in coffee and leads in adapting modern technology. I know this cause I was part of the team that implemented their Global Supply Chain transformation in 2012. They were a client of my ex-employer But the customer care is so So so under-trained, ill-equipped and completely rude! Coffee was on point and the barista really got the cold foam right staff is super nice too. Its very hit and miss with the foam sometimes.
I grabbed a drink by mistake that wasn't mine and the barista snatched it out my hand told me it wasn't mine. I apologized and she proceeds to scuff and laugh at me over something so minor it happened literally 10 mins ago was a blonde tall individual so annoying and rude I would use another adjective to describe this person to narrow it down however, I'm going to choose not to because it's rude.
