Why is this the only Starbucks i went to and they want you to make a purchase to get an ice water. Only in the hood 🤦♀️
Used to be a decent place in the past but you can tell that this Starbucks location is really bad these days ….The latte I got over last two weekends was the worst I have ever had, the first time around iced latte that felt like water and for the second time hot latte that was horrible….they gave me a cold danish and felt like they did not even warm it some…And rude staff too.
Steelyard Starbucks should be renamed Stealyard Starbucks because they charge more than other Starbucks locations in the area. The employees have no manners and are rude to the customers. They don't honor Starbucks star rewards. It's unfortunate that a Starbucks location is run so poorly.
Need new crew & managers. Basic customer service skills escapes them When I walked in, I was greeted by the white girly who was making the drinks and was advised someone would get to me, ok, no problem. I waited by one of the registers, then a group of 2 or 3 people come in & one of the black girls come from the drive thru window & immediately attends to the group of people that just walked in but she goes to the other register & starts to take their order.
