1 Star I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location that I believe needs to be brought to the company’s attention. While I was at the drive thru window, the employee slammed the window in my face twice she over iced my coffee and became extremely dismissive About it when I asked for another on I also tried to ask her for a straw, but I couldn’t because she walked away from the window. I used to love this location so much. So convenient for me and I loved the staff. The employee there this morning was so incredibly rude and nasty. The line was longer than I’ve ever seen at that location. Living up to the steelyards awful reputation.
Had a really nice experience today. Mandy made my drink perfectly and was very friendly, her positive attitude definitely stood out. It made my visit better than usual!
