I went to make an order at 7:50pm and the girl told me it was closed when the shop clearly says it closes at 8:00pm. They need to do better.
Crazy management loud music I know it’s a coffee shop some people to meet with someone so loud their music is not easy
Worst service ever by Lashon. This younglady has an attitude issue. Terrible service skills. Needs training, no, needs another job.
Stopped in today and ordered a chestnut praline iced latte with no whipped cream. The cashier then directed the barista who i’m assuming was in training and making it that she has to do the cup abbreviations for “no whipped cream” and the barista in front of me exclaimed “i don’t have to do that” in a snarky tone then they all laughed and basically said it’s part of the job to her. The barista was rude. Not sure if it’s because of the color of my skin but I came in yesterday morning for a Frappuccino and the cashier was not very helpful in recommending a particular Frappuccino. When my drink was ready she sat it on the counter and walked away. She didn’t call my name or say have a nice day, mind you there were no other customers waiting.
