Worst service ever by Lashon. This younglady has an attitude issue. Terrible service skills. Needs training, no, needs another job.
Stopped in today and ordered a chestnut praline iced latte with no whipped cream. The cashier then directed the barista who i’m assuming was in training and making it that she has to do the cup abbreviations for “no whipped cream” and the barista in front of me exclaimed “i don’t have to do that” in a snarky tone then they all laughed and basically said it’s part of the job to her. The barista was rude. Not sure if it’s because of the color of my skin but I came in yesterday morning for a Frappuccino and the cashier was not very helpful in recommending a particular Frappuccino. When my drink was ready she sat it on the counter and walked away. She didn’t call my name or say have a nice day, mind you there were no other customers waiting.

Usually love this place but today my partner and I were met by an awful attitude of the woman working the drive thru. We pulled up and she mumbled so we could barely hear her, we started to order and she snapped at us saying she’ll be with us in a moment. When she took our order she snapped at us again over a syrup they were out of at the moment which okay fine I can understand.
