The service is really going downhill at this location, likely due to understaffing. I placed an order in the app around 1pm and upon arriving saw only my drink, but the order was displayed as "completed" on the display they have. I asked one employee and he said my food wasn't done yet, but he didn't take the time to really check. I waited and saw other people whose orders were displayed as "in progress" getting their food. The staff are always so welcoming and pleasant. It makes every visit a great experience. The beverages are consistently delicious and made just right. Highly recommend this location!
