I usually don’t give a place or product less than five stars, but this one really missed the mark in customer service.
Sunday at 4pm. Very nice staff but they are highly understaffed. Hard for them to complete orders and restock supplies. Long wait.

Ordered a grande strawberry lemonade with no ice and was told they would only fill the cup halfway if I’m not getting ice. I offered to pay extra for a full cup, but they refused. Should’ve been a simple request.
