Countertop was dirty, sticky and wet. Service wasn’t the greatest, and it took a while to get 1 drink. The employees look miserable working here.
Extremely slow service, I’ve been here many times weekdays/weekend's is always the same.
Extremely slow service at 9:30 am in the middle of the week. Quite quiet inside the store 1 person in front of my in line and it took 15 minutes for a cappuccino and a warmed food item. The girl working behind the counter is moving slow, using what looks like Clorox wipes to clean the lids of drinks. Someone who ordered after me got their drink before me. dawg i asked for an iced latte and they literally filled my cup to the top then just trinkled like 4 ice cubes in my drink. the cup was warm and the ice cubes melted as soon as i left. waste of money and time
The guy and girl working on Friday morning at 12:30 am are the nicest Starbucks employees I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter at any Starbucks EVER. They definitely deserve something for their hospitality
