Ordered a grande strawberry lemonade with no ice and was told they would only fill the cup halfway if I’m not getting ice. I offered to pay extra for a full cup, but they refused. Should’ve been a simple request.
What a horrible staff. They literally working there with attitudes "they dont want to be there". They dont even know their own policy. I asked what flavor of syrup they selling to the public and all they do is saying they don't know if they do that. Can they sell it? You ever heard of this? While smiling between each other. looks very understaffed. someone with the name six was very sweet even with a long line. explicit music should not be playing at a starbucks. i ordered two drinks took forever. one missing cold foam that i paid for. but a tall white man was very sweet and fixed it up quickly. will be returning just wished it was more clean
