On March 9th at 8:50 pm we came through the drive-thru, we are loyal customers to this particular location. We come almost 3-5 times a week. We ordered an americano with steamed almond milk and the drink was ice cold. The cups with hot coffee are always burning hot, even through the double cups you can feel how hot the coffee is. Perfect consistantance in every glass. I've taken some older folks there and they can't believe it's a coffee and desert together. Employees are personal and work hard.
Everything service related is horrible these days but this place is the temple for condescending and poor attitudes. Miserable staff.
